摘要
网络输电能力对于现实市场公平竞争和电力系统稳定运行起到了至关重要的作用。提出了必须运行出力指标并指出其内含的市场力风险,通过潮流追踪方法建立了多层次的市场控制力和集中度指标体系;研究关键输电线路在不同稳定限额水平下的市场力特征。IEEE14节点系统和IEEE-30节点系统的算例证明该方法可以有效地反映网络中输电线路的薄弱环节以及线路稳定运行的一些临界点,有助于市场组织者完善市场规则,也可为输电网络的规划提供科学依据。
Transmission capacity plays a significant role in fair competition and operation stability in power system and electricity power market. The must-run generation index was put forward and the potential power market risk was pointed out. Market control ability and concentration indexes were established based on power flow tracing method. Then market power characteristics were focused on different limitation levels of key lines. Numerical simulation results in IEEE 14-bus system and IEEE 30-bus system show that this method could reveal the weak section and critical operation point in transmission network, which could help to perfect market rule and to provide rational evidence for transmission planning.
