摘要
报告了准二维天然超晶格物质η-Mo4O11(在105K和35K呈现两次电荷密度波转变)在温度4.2-300K,脉冲磁场40T范围内的输运性质。动态和静态的温度特性均在转变温度附近呈现出明显异常。对其高压下的特性也作了报道。
The transport properties of quasi-two-dimensional η-Mo4O11, whichshows charge-density-wave(CDW) transitions at 105 K and 35 K, have been studied under pulsed magnetic field up to 40 T and temperature range of 4. 2-300 K.The temperature dependence of both dynamic and static transport quantities showsanomalies around the transition temperatures Tc1 and Tc2. The effect under highpressure is also reported.
