摘要
根据南水北调中线干线工程临时用地工作特点,通过归纳南水北调京石段应急供水工程临时用地工作中存在的问题及产生原因,提出了加强前期工作、按计划征用、完善工作机制、加强监管等有针对性的对策措施。
According to the characteristics of temporary land requisition in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, the paper analyzes the existing problems encountered in the project and its causes, proposed countermeasures to fulfill the task including： to intensify preparations, to requisition land based on plan, to improve working mechanism and to reinforce supervision.
