摘要
在微型光学陀螺仪中,声表面波声光移频器是实现系统闭环控制的核心执行器件。本文在理论分析与设计的基础上,以K8玻璃为基片,采用相应工艺成功地研制出声表面波声光移频器样片。经测试。
Surface acoustic wave(SAW)acoustooptic frequency shifter(AOFS) is a key executive element for control of closed loop system of micro optic gyro(MOG).In this paper,based on theoretical analysis and design,the SAW AOFS on glass substrate is developed well by adopting suitable technology.The main characteristics of frequency shifter satisfy the designed requirements of MOG by experiment results.
