不同桉树无性系光响应曲线研究 被引量:46

摘要 分别应用直角双曲线模型、非直角双曲线模型和叶子飘构建的新光响应模型对8个参试不同桉树无性系的光响应曲线进行拟合,比较它们之间的差异,找出最优模型,筛选高光效桉树优良无性系。结果表明,与直角双曲线和非直线双曲线模型相比,叶子飘新构建的模型拟合的效果更好,拟合的结果与实测值最为接近。新模型拟合的光响应曲线在达到饱和光强之后呈非线性缓慢下降,出现光抑制现象。而直角双曲线和非直角双曲线模型拟合的光响应曲线在强光下光合曲线仍呈现不断上升的趋势,与超过饱和光强后光合速率下降的预期和事实不符。新模型拟合得到的φ0、φc0、φc三个参数不相等,这表明新模型可以处理在低光照强度条件下的光响应问题。以新模型拟合的8个桉树无性系的光响应曲线特征参数作为参考值,综合各参数,在8个桉树无性系中,无性系1号在光合上为表现较优良的无性系。 Light response curve of photosynthesis of 8 different Eucalyptus clones were simulated respectively by rectangle hyperbola model, non-rectangle hyperbola model and a new model constructed by Ye Zhipiao, and the differences among them were compared, the best model to screen high light efficiency Eucalyptus clones was found. The results showed that the new model constructed by Ye. Zhipiao was the best comparing with the rectangular hyperbolic model and non-rectangle hyperbola model, the fitting results of which were closest to measured points. Curve of light-response fitted by new model dropped nonlinearly and slowly after reaching optimal light intensity, and appeared photo inhibition phenomenon. Yet curve of light-response fitted by rectangle hyperbola model and nonrectangle hyperbola model still had a rising trend under strong light intensity, and did not meet the anticipation that Pn declined after reaching optimal light intensity, φ0, φc0 and φc fitted by new model were different, which showed that new model could deal with the problem of light-response under the low iliuminance. With the parameters of 8 different Eucalyptus clones fitted by new model as the reference values and compared with the various parameters comprehensively, No. 1 had better performance on photosynthesis in 8 Eucalyptus clones.
