摘要
采用化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试、扫描电子显微分析和能谱微区成分分析等方法,对20CrMo钢起动机驱动齿轮轴过早失效断口进行了分析。结果表明,驱动齿轮轴的过早断裂系原材料冶金缺陷、表面硬化层组织反常和心部硬度偏低所致。
The early break of drive gear shaft of 20CrMo steel for starter was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, hardness test, SEM and energy spectrum analysis of microarea composition. The experimetal results show that the premature break of drive gear shaft is attributed to the metallurgical defect in raw 20CrMo steel and abnormal structure present in hardened case as well as lower core hardness.
