摘要
白色棉纱编织的门帘,孔径6×3mm,椭园形,254孔/100cm^2,浸泡溴氰菊酯40mga.i./m^2,具有较满意的毒杀侵入室内蚊虫的作用。当年室内蚊虫死亡率高达90%以上,第二年还有85%以上的毒杀效果,但不经门帘外逃的蚊虫的死亡率却很低。此种门帘不能减少侵入室内蚊虫的数量,也不能明显地干扰蚊虫的吸血活动。
The door-curtain impregnated with deltamethrin were tested against populations of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in experimental huts fitted with exit-window trap to catch some samples of the mosquito escaping during the night. The door-curtain treated with 40 mg a.i./m^2 of deltamethrin killed more than 85% of mosquitoes entering the hut, but the mortality was less than 10% among those mosquitoes escaping to exit-window trap in more than one year. It had not been seen that the curtain treated reduced the number of females entering the hut. The excito-repellent and feeding inhibition were not obvious. It might be that the strongly attractive effect from cattle covered the relatively slight excito-repellent and inhibited feeding.
