摘要
独特型及抗独特型抗体源自免疫网络学说，抗独特型抗体具有模拟抗原及免疫调节的作用。基于这一理论基础，抗独特型抗体已被广泛应用于疾病的免疫诊断、疫苗及免疫治疗等方面的研究中。该文就抗独特型抗体的制备、鉴定方法以及其在寄生虫病领域中的研究进展进行综述。
Idiotype and anti-idiotype antibody were put forward in the theory of immune network. Based on the concept that anti-idiotype antibody exhibits the characteristics with antigen imitation and immune modulation, it has been widely used in immunodiagnosis, vaccine and immunotherapy of diseases. In this review, the progress on production, characterization of anti-idiotype antibody and its application in parasitic diseases were summarized.
