摘要
本文从人-机-环境系统工程理论出发,认为影响工程系统各因素造成故障的程度是不同的。它们具有随机性和模糊性双重特征,因而不能简单地将其归结为纯随机变量。文中提出故障趋势的概念,构造了故障类随机模糊状态的隶属度函数,在此基础上建立了工程系统随机模糊可靠度计算模型。最后以某矿井工作面生产系统为实例进行对比研究,效果较好。
An engineering system is considered to be comprehensively influnced by the factors of human,machine and enviroment.In the course of working,the levels of fault aroused by all the factors are different from each other. With peculiarities of random and fuzzy,these factors can't only be regarded as simple random variables. In addition,the subordinate function of random fuzzy state is formed,and the fault trend is also discussed,on the basis of which the random fuzzy reliability model of engineering system is founded.At last,the model is applied to the longwell coal caving face system of a coal mine,with good results.
