摘要
提出了广义工作分解结构(WBS)的概念,研究了广义WBS的思想基础、分解方法、准则及其意义,并在C-PMBOK框架下,进一步提出了项目各分解结构分解流程和集成模型,以此为技术手段贯穿于项目管理的各个阶段和各项管理活动,使复杂的项目系统简单化,然后利用集成思想保证项目的完整和统一。
This article puts forward the concept of the generalized WBS, studies its basis, breakdown methods, principles and the significance. Based on the framework of the Chinese Project Man agement body of knowledge （C-PMBOK） gration model, which could be employed , the article further proposes breakdown processes and inteas a technical means throughout the various phases of the project to simplify the project systems, and guarantee the integrity and unity of projects.
