足细胞抗原与肾小球疾病 被引量:4

摘要 肾小球足细胞的损伤及其相关蛋白的表达异常是蛋白尿形成的主要原因,足细胞表面抗原在肾小球疾病发病机制中发挥了重要作用。人类膜性肾病第一个足细胞抗原-中性内肽酶以及第一个裂孔隔膜组成分子Nephrin的发现开辟了足细胞研究的新纪元。随着足细胞抗原在肾小球疾病及蛋白尿产生机制中的深入研究,将为临床进一步揭示肾小球疾病的发病机制和寻找特异有效的防治蛋白尿的新的分子靶点提供理论依据。
