在国产GA301-240C型浆纱机上配套应用STRANDBERG计算机监控系统,对温度、伸长、退卷张力、回潮等参数自动控制,压浆辊随车速线性加压,对速度、浆纱长度、卷绕张力、毛羽降低率有显示功能.介绍了监控系统的工作原理、功能和工艺性能.
On the Chinese-built sizing machine, model 301240C, fitted out with the computer monitor system from STRANDBERG. The parameters of temperature, stretch, unwinding tension and moisture in sizing process can be controlled automatically. The pressure of press roller can be adjusted linearly with the speed of machine. There are display function including speed, winding length, winding tension and decrease percentage of hairiness. The work principles functions and performance of this system is also described.
