自体骨软骨柱及骨膜骨柱混合嵌入修复大面积骨软骨复合缺损 被引量:1

摘要 骨软骨缺损是指同时有软骨下骨和软骨的复合缺损,重建坚强的软骨下骨支撑和光滑的软骨面对于远期效果同等重要。骨软骨镶嵌成形术(Mosaicplasty)是近年来修复骨软骨缺损的技术,是由Matsusue首次于1993年提出,之后由匈牙利学者Hangody等推广开展,是指采用自体非负重区骨软骨柱镶嵌式移植修复中到大面积的骨软骨缺损,在修复膝、肘、踝关节等的骨软骨复合缺损取得较好的中、远期效果。非负重区在膝关节中的面积较小,骨软骨柱的取材范围有限,并且供区的继发缺损也存在远期退变和出现供区症状风险,这一直是影响骨软骨镶嵌成形术修复效果的主要因素之一,限制其在临床上进一步推广应用。
