摘要
采用带隔板的圆环装置来评价砂浆的抗裂性能.如果砂浆环28d内开裂,采用开裂时间来评价砂浆的抗裂性能;如果砂浆环28d内没有开裂,采用开裂指标来评价砂浆的抗裂性能.开裂指标与隔板处开口宽度、混凝土弹性模量成正比,与混凝土抗拉强度成反比.隔板处开口宽度考虑了砂浆环的约束、收缩与徐变.开裂指标越小,砂浆的抗裂性能越好.试验结果表明,该方法能够对砂浆的抗裂性能进行正确的评价.
A ring equipment with a clapboard is used to evaluate the cracking resistant behavior of mortar. If mortar ring cracks in 28d, the age when the initial crack appears is used to evaluated to the cracking resistant behavior of mortar. If mortar ring doesn' t crack in 28d, the cracking index is used to evaluated to the cracking resistant behavior of mortar. The cracking index is directly proportional to the opening width at the position of the clapboard and the elastic modulus of concrete, and is inversely proportional to the tensile strength of concrete. The opening width at the position of the clapboard involves the restraint, the shrinkage and the creep of concrete. The smaller the cracking index , the better the cracking resistant behavior of mortar. The test results reveal that the proposed method can evaluate the the cracking resistant behavior of mortar correctly.
