摘要
试验采用楔叶茶藨水培新梢为外植体,进行了组织培养研究,成功的建立了无性繁殖体系,即初代培养基:MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L;增殖培养基:MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1～0.2 mg/L+GA30.25～0.5 mg/L。
The new shoots from water cultured branches of Ribes diacantha Pall were taken as experiment. The optimum media for initiating,proliferating,and rooting cluture were established. The initial culture medium of Ribes diacantha Pall was MS supplemented with BA 1.0 m4g/L and IBA 0. 1 rag/L; The experiment of bud multiplication showed that： the best sub-culture medium for it in vitro was MS medium containing BA 1.0 mg/L,IBA 0. 1-0. 2 mg/L and GA30. 25- 0. 5 mg/L.
