摘要
本文讨论的MBA决策问题导向型的企业实践案例教学,具有管理案例教学和管理咨询双重性质。其目的是提高MBA学生在课堂教学和案例教学的基础上进行真实企业决策问题解决能力,提高教师参与企业管理实践的经验和管理教学水平,帮助中小型企业解决经营决策的咨询难题,具有重要的教学应用价值和实际意义。文章从实践教学设计的指导思想、主题确定,实践教学的组织与实施、存在问题与改进等方面进行了总结与讨论。
The author makes an analysis on case teaching in MBA enterprises and its dual functions. The purpose of case teaching is to improve the problem - solution ability of MBA students in reality. The paper draws some conclusion in the guiding thought and many concerning aspects in case teaching. Finally, the author puts forward suggestion.
