摘要
针对《石化产业调整和振兴规划》细则,指出我国石化行业应对此次金融危机要树立信心,并从目前存在的问题、发展的有利因素、调整产品结构、技术和产品创新、优化产业布局、节能减排、资源保障和企业重组等方面提出了建议。
Based on the Stimulus Package for Petrochemical Sectors issued by State Council recently, to give some views and suggestions for implementing the restructure plan of petrochemical industry in terms of existing problems, competitive advantages, products restructure, technical innovation, product innovation, optimizing industrial distribution, energy saving and emission control, resources guarantee and enterprise restructure etc.To indicate the importance of confidence for China petrochemical industry under the world financial crisis.
