碗莲花芽分化的解剖学以及内源激素变化规律的研究 被引量:11

摘要 为探讨碗莲花芽分化的机理,该文以碗莲品种‘锦旗’为试验材料,采用石蜡切片法和酶联免疫吸附法,研究了碗莲的花芽分化进程和相应时期的ABAI、AA、ZR和GA含量的变化规律。结果表明:碗莲的花芽分化可分为花芽分化始期、花萼分化期、花瓣分化期、雄蕊分化期以及雌蕊分化期。在整个花芽分化过程中,所测4种内源激素均表现出明显的动态变化:高浓度的GA有利于花芽分化机制的启动,而低浓度的GA有利于花芽的各个部分的分化;ABAI、AA和ZR的浓度在碗莲的花瓣分化期同时达到最大值。 In order to assess the mechanism for flower bud differentiation in Nelumbo nucifera, the anatomy and changes in ABA, IAA, ZR and GA content during the flower bud differentiation process in N. nucifera 'Jin qi' were studied using the paraffin section method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results indicated that the flower bud differentiation process included five phases : flower bud differentiation initiation phase, sepal differentiation phase, petal differentiation phase, stamen differentiation phase and gynoecia differentiation phase. During the entire process, the four types of hormones displayed marketed changes. High GA concentration favored the initiation of flower bud differentiation mechanism, while the low GA concentration favored the differentiation of flower bud segments. The ABA, IAA and ZR reached the maximal concentartions in the petal differentiation phase.
