摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对牛耳朵(Chirita eburnea Hance)脂溶性成分进行分析,结合质谱离子图及NIST05a.L化合物谱库检索对分离出的组分进行鉴定,并应用面积归一化法测定各组分的相对百分含量。共分离出30个组分,鉴定其中24个组分,占总量的87.38%。牛耳朵脂溶性主要成分为:亚油酸乙酯(10.86%),油酸乙酯(9.46%),十四烷酸乙酯(9.15%),β-谷甾醇(6.99%),n-棕榈酸(4.89%)。
To annalyze liposoluble components of Chirita eburnea Hance. GC-M5 was used. The components were identified by analysis of MS spectra and indexing of NIST05a. L spectral database. Their relative contents were quantified by peak area nomalization. 30 components were separated and 24 components were identified, which comprising 87, 38% of the total liposoluble constituents. The major liposoluble constituents of Chirita eburnea Hance are Linoleic acid ethyl ester (10. 86%), Ethyl oleate (9.46%), Tetradecanoic acid, hydroxy ethyl (9.15%), β-Sitosterol (6.99 % ) and n-Hexadecanoic acid (4.89 % ).
