摘要
１９８６年１２月～１９９５年４月，我科应用经肛门局部切除术治疗１１例早期低位直肠癌（均保留肛门）。随访２～１１年，其中已存活１０年３例、５年４例、３年３例、不足２年１例，均健在。无手术死亡及并发症者。作者认为对距肛缘６ｃｍ之内，局限于粘膜或粘膜下层，癌细胞高度或中度分化，无淋巴管或静脉受侵犯的直肠癌可行局部切除术。
Eleven patients with early stage distal rectal cancer were performed by local excision in our department between December 1986 to April 1995The results showed that 3 patients survived for more than 10-years,5 patients more than 5-years,3 patients more than 3-years and only one patients less than 2-yearsThe local control rate were 100%There were no operation deaths and complications among these casesWe think that all patients with tumors within 6cm of the anal verge,within mucosa or submucosa,with well to moderate histologic differentiation,with no lymph or blood vessel invasions could undergo local excisionThis method is as effective as traditional radical operations
