临床常见产AmpC β-内酰胺酶菌株中染色质ampD基因的测定与分析

摘要 AmpCβ-内酰胺酶(简称AmpC酶)的产生由其产酶基因所控制。细菌染色质上AmpC酶的基因包括结构基因ampC和多种调控基因ampR、ampD和ampG等。调控基因ampD发生突变,可引起持续高产AmpC酶的产生。但到目前为止,对ampD的正常序列和其突变方式、突变位点尚了解不多。测定ampD基因的正常序列,分析ampD基因的突变率、突变位点和突变序列,对于研究染色质介导的持续高产AmpC酶的调控机制、了解其产酶率、判断其产酶类型,以及研究AmpC酶的分子生物学检测方法均具有重要的意义。
