摘要
随着高等教育事业的发展,国家对高校大型仪器设备经费投入也逐年增加,但部分高校的设备使用率较低,资源闲置。笔者结合工作实际,就如何提高大型仪器设备使用效益提出有效措施,着重从大型设备的论证审批、使用维修、开放共享及管理技术队伍方面进行了探讨。
With the higher education development,the country increases the investment of university large equipments year by year,but these equipments are not efficient used.The paper puts forward some suggestion to settle the problem of the low operational effectiveness.Combining the practice in work, the paper discusses the problem about how to do these jobs,such as demonstration, management, share, technical team.Meanwhile,some good approaches and measures are presented.
