摘要
吸附剂的发展是制约吸附技术运用的重要因素.在分析目前国内外吸附材料的特性的基础上,针对其存在的问题,研制出了新型的有害气体吸附材料,通过实验证明,这种吸附材料能够有效地去除密闭空间中较典型的有害气体,对CO2、H2S、NH3以及NO2的消除率均达到了82%以上.重点介绍了净化材料的工业化制备方法,通过多次试验,优化了材料的制备方法,解决了制备净化材料的关键技术.
The development of adsorbents is the important factor controlling the adsorption technology.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the adsorbents in home and abroad at present and existing problems,a new type of adsorbent is developed.The experimental results show that this new adsorbent could effectively adsorb some harmful gases in an enclosed space.The removal rates of CO2,H2S,NH3 and NO2 reach to all above 82%.The preparation method of the adsorbent is optimized through a lot of experiments,and the key techniques in the preparation method are solved.
