摘要
在大规模定制思想指导下,综合利用其中的模块化设计、参数化设计、产品配置设计及数据管理技术等进行系统开发研究。重组桥式起重机产品结构和设计过程,采用与数据库关联的系列设计和整体控制局部的整体变型设计,并开发了相应的自动控制程序,建立了桥式起重机参数化设计系统,缩短了开发周期,提高了设计效率。
With the ideology of mass customization, this paper did a systematic research for modular design, parametric design, product configuration design and data management technology. Then it presented the structure features and design course of overhead traveling cranes. By using the database of series design and variant design,and developing a corresponding auto-control program,a parametric design system for overhead traveling crane was set up. So the exploitation period was shortened and the design efficiency was enhanced.
