摘要
建筑施工项目过程控制是质量管理及其保证的重要手段,工程质量的优劣不仅严重影响承包商的信誉,也将影响工程建设项目业主的经济效益。本文从业主的角度论述如何以质量控制为纽带,协调设计、监理、施工单位三者关系,加强各方面的质量控制,保证工程达到预期的质量目标。
Process control of building construction project is an important tool for quality management and its guarantee. The strength and weakness of project quality not only seriously effects the contractors＇ goodwill,but also effect the economic benefit of proprietors of construction project. From the point of proprietors,this article discussed how to coordinate the triangular relationship of designation,supervi- sion and construction unit based on the ties of quality control, strengthen quality control from different aspects, and assure the project reach the expected target.
