摘要
目的观察清心泻脾散治疗儿童疱疹性口炎的临床疗效。方法将118例疱疹性口炎患儿按就诊顺序分为治疗组和对照组,各59例。治疗组给予清心泻脾散内服结合云南白药局部外敷,对照组给予阿昔洛伟和复合维生素B片,疗程均为5d。结果治疗组总有效率为98.31%,对照组为77.97%,P<0.05;治疗组的退热时间、拒食消失时间、流涎消失时间、溃疡愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清心泻脾散治疗儿童疱疹性口炎临床疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Qingxin Xiepi Powder＂ in treating childhood herpetic stomatitis. Methods 118 subjects were randomized in visit sequence into two groups： treatment group in which 59 cases were treated with oral ＂Qingxin Xiepi Powder＂ and iocal application of Ymman Balyao, and control group in which 59 cases were treated with Acyclovir and compound vitamin B, with a course of five days. Results The total effective rate was 98.31% in treatment group and 77.97% in control group, P 〈0.05 ; the time in fever abatement, refusal to food, salivation and wounds healing was shorter in treatment group than in control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Qingxin Xiepi Powder＂ is quite effective in treating childhood herpetic stomatitis.
