摘要
根据2001年、2003年-2006年8月对洋山深水港工程建设项目所在地周边海域进行的生态调查,对该区域叶绿素a变化情况进行了研究分析。调查区域叶绿素a平均浓度呈现先下降后上升的趋势,最大值为2001年的2.61 mg/m^3,最小值为2004年的1.27 mg/m^3;港区、航道区变化趋势与全区相一致,大桥区略有不同,2003年至2005年叶绿素a浓度呈下降趋势,2006年出现回升;同一区域,表层叶绿素a浓度变化幅度小于底层;受工程施工的影响,底层下降快且恢复缓慢;2001年底层叶绿素a浓度高于表层,而2003-2006年则是表层浓度较高;叶绿素a浓度年际变化与网采浮游植物丰度变化相一致,但其相关性不明显。
Based on the data taken from the surveyings conducted in the sea area around Yangshan DeepwaterPort project in August from 2001 to 2006 (except 2002), the variations of chlorophyll a have been analyzed. The average concentrations decreased significantly in the first three years, but increased slightly in the following two years. The maximum concentration was 2.61 mg/m3 in 2001, while the minimum was only 1.27 mg/m3 in 2004. The variations of chlorophyll a in the area of dockland and seaway were consistant with that of the whole area, but it slightly differed in the East China Sea Bridge area, which decreased gradually in the first four years and increased from 2006. The benthic concentration reduced faster but increased slower than the concentation of the surface. And the former was higher than the latter in 2001, while it was just opposite to that from 2003 to 2006. Moreover, the annual variation of chlorophyll a went along with the abundance of phytoplankton, but there was no obvious correlation between them.
