摘要 随着新型免疫抑制剂的临床应用和血管吻合技术的提高,临床肝移植成功率大大提高,而严重肝脏缺血再灌注损伤所引起的移植肝功能受损始终未能解决,影响肝移植的效果。因此本文对肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的分类、机制、预防及治疗等方面予以综述。 With the new immunosuppressive agents and the clinical application of vascular anastomosis techniques improved the success rate of clinical liver transplantation greatly improved. And severe hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury caused by impaired liver function has not yet been resolved, the effect of the impact of liver transplantation. So this article on hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury classification, mechanism, prevention and treatment to be summarized.
