摘要
中国石油资源相对贫乏,而需求增长速度较快,石油供应紧张,同时国际油价起伏不定,给我国石油供应安全带来巨大压力。为解决这一问题,国内外已将石油资源储备作为缓解石油供应压力的重要手段,而建立油价与石油储备间的联动机制是储备中的重要方面,具有重要意义。
China is shortage of petroleum resources comparatively,its demands increase rapidly and its supply is very tight on the market.At same time,petroleum price on the international market fluctuate frequently,this brings us huge pressure on petroleum supply security.In order to solve this problem,many countries in the world,include China,have begun to reserve petroleum resources as an important means relieve petroleum supply pressure,and it is necessary to establish the interaction mechanism between reserves and petroleum price in petroleum resource reserve,this is very significant.
