摘要
从大学的根本任务出发,结合社会发展对人才需求的变化、人才培养模式的改革和教学实验室管理和运行模式改革,初步探讨了实验室资源共享与人才培养之间的关系,给出了实际工作中的一些具体措施。
Based upon the ultimate task of universities, combined with the changes of demmand for talents resulted from the social development, the reformation of the pattern in cultivation of students, and the reformation of laboratory management and operational mode in Xi＇ an Jiaotong University, this paper investigated the relationship between laboratory resourse sharing and cultivation of students in universities, and gave out some specific measures in actual work.
