摘要
本文用聚苯乙烯基硫代磺酸钾树脂作为选择性试剂与水中卤代物作用,排除水体中其它化合物对结构分析的干扰,采用动态恒温柱法及C-18柱富集法作为该反应发生的途径,结果表明:前一种途径的检测结果由样品反应活性决定,而后者检测结果还受到萃取率的影响,两种方法均可达到10—20mg·l^(-1)的检测水平。
A new approach for the structure determination of organohalo compounds in water using potassium polystyrylthiosulfonate resin as medium was developed, while the interference of other organic compounds was avoided. A dynamic method using a thermostatic column packed with potassium polystyrylthiosulfonate resin and a static method with solid phase extraction on C-18 cartridge was subjected to water samples containing 10-20mg·l-1 of halocompouds such as alkyl halides, chloroethanol, ethyl chloroacetate and benzyl chloride etc. In the former case, the results changed with the reactivity of the halocompounds. In the latter, not only the reactivity, but also the recovery of the organohalo compounds on the C-18 cartridge could influence the detection results. The level of detection was as low as 10-20mg·l-1 for these halocompounds.
