摘要
针对常用低相对分子质量、直链型减缩剂在减缩效果上的不足,设计出一种高相对分子质量、含聚氧化烯链的梳型减缩剂的合成路线,由甲基丙烯酸、聚乙二醇单甲醚和苯乙烯经过聚合和酯化反应得到最终产品,并用红外光谱表征了其分子结构.通过测定不同掺量减缩剂对水泥净浆的减缩效果,发现该减缩剂能够显著地降低水泥净浆的自收缩和干燥收缩.当掺量为水泥质量1%时,7 d和28 d自收缩的减缩率可达到42.0%和41.4%,干燥收缩的减缩率可达到32.6%和35.7%.
To overcome the shortcomings of common shrinkage reducing agent (SRA) with low molecular weight and straight chain, a reasonable synthesis path of a comb-type SRA with high molecular weight and poly-oxidative alkenes was designed. The synthesis process mainly included polymerization and ester- ification of methaerylate, styrene and polyethylene glycol-ether. Infared spectrum was used to characterize the molecular structure of SRA. The results showed that SRA could remarkably reduce the autogenous shrinkage and drying shrinkage of cement paste ; as the dosage of cement was 1% the autogenous shrinkage reducing rate could reach to 42. 0% at 7 d and 41.4% at 28 d, and the drying shrinkage reducing rate were 32.6% at 7 d and 35.7% at 28 d.
