摘要
自生秩序是人类生活的基本秩序,它是人为秩序存在和运行的前提和基础。人类社会的政治、法律制度乃至国家本身也经历了一个长期演化的过程。渐进式政治发展是政治发展的优选模式。这种政治发展模式不会破坏自生秩序,能够保持制度变迁的连续性,使新旧制度顺利衔接,民主化转型能够以和平的方式进行,转型后的民主制度也比较容易巩固。
Natural order, the fundamental order in human life, is the basis and premise for the existence and operation of man - made order. The political and legal system and even the state itself have experienced a long - term evolution. Gradual development of politics, the optimal mode for political development, will not disrupt the natural order. Instead, it will preserve the succession in institutional changes, making possible the smooth transition from the old to the new institutions, the peaceful transition of democratization, and the consolidation of the transformed democratic system.
