摘要
创新型城市是各个国家和地区对城市发展所提出的一种新的定位。贵阳市明确把增强自主创新能力、建设创新型城市作为该市未来发展的重大战略。通过借鉴国内外创新型城市建设经验,综合考虑贵阳市的现状、贵阳市建设创新型城市的目标、与国内其他城市的可比性和与建设创新型国家目标的衔接等四个方面因素,设计出贵阳市建设创新型城市评价指标体系。
The innovation city is a kind of new localization proposed by every countries and regions to the urban development.
