摘要
介绍了基于反电动势法的无传感器无刷直流电动机控制原理。采用AT90S8535单片机作为控制核心,设计了具有PWM调速功能的电机控制系统,并详细介绍了系统的控制方案。实验结果表明,本设计可以实现对无传感器无刷直流电动机的有效控制,简化了系统的硬件设计,达到了全数字式闭环控制的效果。
This paper presents the control principle of sensorless BLDC motor based on the method of back EMF. A control system based on AT90S8535 is designed, which is of the function of speed adjusting, and the system control scheme is introduced in detail. The experimental results validates that this design can implement the control effectively with predigesting the hardware design, and it can achieve the effect of digital closed loop control.
