摘要
北京公主坟综合商业大厦在完成了5.3万m2的4层地下室后停工,经重新规划设计再次开工前,须对已施工的地下室进行整体加固、改造。对柱体外包钢板施工中,解决了高强混凝土凿毛、柱体成形、层间连接、灌浆等技术问题。另对楼板开洞安装塔吊等施工难点也采用了有针对性的解决方法。
Beijing Gongzhufen General Commercial Building project was shut down after completion of 4- storey basement covering an area of 53,000m2. According to further planning and design, existing basement must be wholly reinforced and rebuilt before nt of Construction. Some technical difficulties, such as high-strength concrete chiseling, column forming, interlayer connection and grouting, are tackled during the construction of wrapping steel plate outside columns. Special methods are adopted to resolve construction difficulties during installation of tower crane after making hole in floor slab.
