摘要
纳氏试剂比色法测试水质中氨氮具有操作简便、灵敏的优点、但影响测试结果的因素较多．本文着重对温度、实验用水的选择进行具体分析、得出了相应的结论，并提出整个测试中应注意的问题．
Abstract The colour method have many advantages in monitoring NH_4^+-N in water,such as easy and exact to operate.But there are many affecting factors.The analysis on choice the temperature and water used in test had been done,and some results had been given in the paper.The problems should be noticed had been put forward.
