摘要
目的建立以高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定呋喃唑酮片含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Ultimate(250mm×4.6mm,5/Lm),流动相为甲醇:水(25:75),柱温为30。C,流速为1.OmL/min,检测波长为364nm。结果浓度在20~300μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996);平均加样回收率为100.9%,RSD=1.02%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、重现性好、专属性强,可用于呋喃唑酮片的质量控制。
Objective To determine furazolidone tablets by HPLC. Methods Hypersil Ultimate(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column was used for the HPLC determination,and the mobile phase consisted of Methanol-Water(25 : 75)at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min phase. The detection wavelength was 364nm. Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 20- 300μg (r= 0. 999 6). The average recovery was 100.9% with RSD of RSD 1.02%(n=6). Conclusion The method is simple ,reproducible, specific and suitable for the quality control of Furazolidone tablets
