摘要
目的观察卒中后肢体瘫痪神经网络重建康复治疗仪的治疗效果。方法应用神经网络重建原理,研制一种康复治疗仪,检测卒中后患者瘫痪肌肉的肌电信号,以声音、图像、视频等多种形式形成生物反馈,调动患者积极性,通过患者主动努力和治疗仪辅助电刺激,重建大脑和瘫痪肌肉的功能联系,以恢复患者生活自理能力。选择260例脑梗死和260例脑出血患者进行治疗,并分别设立对照组,观察治疗效果。结果脑梗死和脑出血患者使用卒中后肢体瘫痪神经网络重建康复治疗仪3个月时行为能力较对照组明显改善,脑梗死组日常生活能力量表评分比对照组降低6.6分(P<0.01),脑出血组比对照组降低4.4分(P<0.01)。结论卒中后肢体瘫痪神经网络重建康复治疗仪对脑卒中造成的偏瘫具有较好的治疗功能。
Objective To make neural network reconstruction rehabilitation therapeutic instrument for paralysis after stroke and to observe the therapeutic effect. Methods The making of a rehabilitation therapeutic equipment,the application of the principle of neural network reconstruction of post-stroke patients with paralysis of muscles detected EMG signal to the voice,image, video and other forms of biofeedback formed to mobilize the enthusiasm of patients, by patients with active efforts and therapeutic electrical stimulation-assisted reconstruction of the brain and paralysis of muscle function associated to the restoration of self-care ability of patients with the purpose of life. Choice of 260 cases and 260 cases of cerebral infarction in patients with the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage,and respectively with the establishment of the control group. Results Patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage in paralysis were used to neural networks rehabilitation reconstruction instrument for 3 months when the capacity of improve significantly to the control group,cerebral infarction group ADL score lower than the control group 6.6 (P〈0.01),cerebral infarction group control group,4.4 points lower (P〈0.01). Conclusion Post-stroke paralysis of neural network reconstruction rehabilitation therapy instrument is better effect.
