摘要
采用浸叶和浸渍相结合的方法分别研究了辣椒、马钱子、蔓陀罗和烟碱4种植物提取液对玉米蚜的生物活性影响。结果表明:4种植物提取液对玉米蚜的LC50分别为0.0260、0.1590、0.24620、.3260 mg/mL,其中辣椒和马钱子提取物以体积比8∶2为最佳配比组合,共毒系数为149.8。对复合植物提取液进行了初步的田间试验,药后7 d最佳防治效果为70.6%。
The toxicities of 4 plant extracts of hot pepper,poisonnut, jimsonweed and nicotine to adults of Rhopalosiphum maidis (Fitch)were studied by leaf soaking and immersion. The results showed that the LC50 of the 4 plant extracts was respectively O. 0260,0. 1590,0. 2462,0. 3260 mg/mL. Mixing both hot pepper and poisonnut extracts at the volumetric ratio of 8 to 2 was the best combination and its co-toxicity coefficient was 149.8. The preliminary field tests showed that the control efficacy of this mixture on Rhopalosiphum maidis was 70.6% on the 7th day after application.
