摘要
肾综合征出血热病机主要与肺、脾、肾三脏关系密切，尤以脾、肾为主要环节。肾综合征出血热早期运用双黄连，具有解热、抗病毒及增强免疫功能的作用。热退、少尿期、血小板复常、尿蛋白消退时间，明显优于对照组。
