摘要
进入现代农业生产阶段以后,美国的农业一方面得到高速发展,另一方面出现了严重的环境危机。面对一系列的环境问题,美国从上世纪四十年代开始,通过法制、工程、高新技术等诸多手段和措施,进行了全力治理与保护,取得了良好的成果。他们的经验教训,很值得我国研究和借鉴。
Since entering into the stage of modem agricultural production, American agriculture has been developing very fast. But there has been a grave environmental crisis on the other hand. Facing a series of environmental problems, the US has adopted various measures through law, engineering and high technology since the 1940＇s and achieved very good results. Their experience and lessons are worth our study and reference.
