摘要 桐油加工过程中的副产品——桐壳由于含碳量高,可作为制备活性炭的理想原料之一,这是农林固废资源化综合利用的有效途径。本文考察了桐壳基活性炭对水中苯胺的吸附规律,以及在不同吸附时间、溶液初始浓度、活性炭投加量、溶液pH值等条件下,桐壳基活性炭对水中苯胺的吸附性能,希望能为桐壳的资源化综合利用及含苯胺废水的净化处理提供参考价值。 Tung nutshell cake, a byproduct of tung oil industry, has been found to be a considerable precursor for activated carbons generation in our previous studies. In this paper, the adsorption of aniline from its aqueous solution onto tung nut - shell derived activated carbons were performed. The effects of adsorption conditions such as contact time, initial concentration, activated carbon dosage and pH value of solution on aniline adsorption behaviors were investigated. The result shows that, a high content of carbon, which can be taken as one of the ideal material for preparing activated carbon, this is a effective method for the Resourced and synthesized utilization of agricultural and forestry solid wastes. In this paper, the absorbent law of the activated carbon based on tung nutshell to aniline in solution and under the different condition of absorbent time, initial solution concentration, the adding amount of activated carbon and the pH value of solution the absorbent capacity of which are tested,which is hoped to provide a valuable reference for the resourced and synthesized utilization of tung nutshell and decontamination of wasted water containing aniline.
