摘要
根据无氧铜管棒生产中各工序的特征和无氧铜的质量标准,分析了熔炼、浇铸、挤压、拉拔退火等过程中氧含量的变化规律,提出了无氧铜管棒生产各环节氧含量控制的关键措施和加工过程中的特别注意事项.
The oxygen content changes in smelting, casting, extrusion, and annealing have been analysed based on the characteristics and quality criteria of those proceeses of oxygen-free copper rod tube production. The oxygen content measurement is put forward.
