摘要
根据弹性变形理论从送膜辊的变形分析入手,从理论上建立了送膜辊的力学模型,结合正交试验对其进行了数字化分析。结果表明,新设计的送膜辊能够保证塑料包装薄膜在生产中达到平整、均匀,并保证包装薄膜产品平整的精确度。
The deformation of film delivering roller was analyzed with elastic deformation theory. The mechanical model of the film delivering roller was established theoretically. Numeric analysis of the roller was carried out with the model combining with orthogonal test. The results showed that the new designed film delivering roller can ensure the plastic film to be level, even, and high precision.
