鼻内镜外科技术新热点 被引量：30

摘要 一百多年来，Caldwell-Luc手术在慢性鼻一鼻窦炎的治疗历史中，曾较长时期发挥着主导作用。该手术需要去掉上颌窦内的黏骨膜，手术后由于缺少黏骨膜对骨性上颌窦腔的向心性生长的抑制作用，经常会发生上颌窦腔狭窄、闭锁，患者容易出现持续性面部麻木、疼痛等严重并发症。自20世纪70年代起，鼻内镜引导下的鼻窦手术开始应用于慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的治疗。
