摘要 应用Pappas法求解地下自卸汽车轮边减速器的混合离散变量优化设计问题时,通过重构优化设计数学模型,合理地确定设计变量,对整数变量进行线性等式约束,引入MAAG制模数等措施,使整个优化设计的离散化过程简化为对模数的离散一维搜索,同时避免了离散点间隔过大可能造成的缺陷,从而提升了优化设计的效率和质量。 To resolve the problem of mixed discrete optimal design of wheel - side speed reducer for underground dump trucks, Pappas Algorithm is used. Upon that, a new mathematical model is rebuilt, the design variables are reasonably confirmed, the integer variables are restricted as the form of linear equality constraints, MAAG system modulus is introduced, and so on. As a result, the process of discrete is replaced by one dimensional search for the modulus, and the possible disfigurement for the overlarge space of discrete points is avoided. Thereby, the efficiency and quality of optimum design are enhanced.
