摘要
摸索新生儿苯丙氨酸(Phe)定量测定试剂盒的稳定性,以建立有效的改进措施.采用破坏性试验的方法,把试剂盒以及试剂盒里的各组成部分,包括空白反应板、铜试剂、反应物A、反应物B、硫酸锌试剂和参考标准品滤纸干血片分别置于4℃冰箱(3 d,7 d)、37℃恒温箱(3 d,7 d),按照试剂盒的说明书进行操作,根据检测的准确度、精密度、灵敏度、特异性和线性的变化进行试剂盒的稳定性研究.试剂盒的各组成部分以及整个试剂盒在37℃恒温箱保存3 d和7 d,在4℃冰箱保存3d和7 d,其测得的准确度、精密度、灵敏度、特异性和线性均保持不变.新生儿苯丙氨酸(Phe)定量测定试剂盒具有良好的稳定性.
