摘要
瑞士职业教育在多年的发展历程中取得了举世瞩目的成功经验,其体系发达,人才培养独具特色,国民职业素质普遍较高,国际竞争优势明显。认真分析瑞士职业教育发展的模式和经验,对于加快我国职业教育改革,培养高素质专业人才,建立终身职业教育体系具有重大的启示和借鉴意义。
For many years, vocational education in Switzerland has achieved the successful experience in the course of its development, With its complete system, unique staff training and citizens＇ high professional quality, Switzerland has many obvious advantages in international competition. So, through a careful analysis of the model and experience of the development of the Swiss vocational education, it will has a great enlightenment and reference for the speeding up of China＇s vocational education reform, the training of high-quality professionals, and the construction of lifelong vocational education system.
