摘要
在金融危机的背景下,要实现农村剩余劳动力的有效转移和增加农民收入的目标,我国应大力发展农村职业技术教育。在发展职业教育的过程中,地市高职院校在地市范围内具有明显的人才、技术、区位以及设备等优势,地市高职院校应发挥优势,积极开展农民职业技能培训,以实现经济社会和地市高职院校的和谐发展。
In order to achieve the goal that transfer the rural surplus labors effectively and increase the farmers＇ incomes , china should develop vocational and technical education vigorously at the background of economy depression. Community colleges have obvious superiority in the city, including professional, technology, region and equipment etc in the process of developing vocational education. Community colleges should do their best to train peasants in order to achieve advancement among economic, society and higher vocational colleges harmoniously.
